All Veloura collars are designed to be worn under supervision.
They are not intended for tie-outs, tethering, or unsupervised restraint.
By purchasing and using a Veloura collar, the buyer accepts responsibility for its use. Veloura is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper handling.
REPAIRS
Veloura collars are handcrafted using premium materials and are designed to endure normal wear over time.
Because each piece is individually made, occasional maintenance or repair may eventually be needed. Hardware may naturally wear, and crystals or components may loosen with extended use.
If an issue occurs under normal use, please contact us. Reasonable repairs will be accommodated whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the studio.
Damage caused by chewing, tie-outs, water exposure, accidents, or improper use may not be repairable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our releases, all sales are considered final.
If there is a workmanship issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it.
Please measure carefully before ordering.
SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will gladly help guide you.
Veloura cannot replace or refund collars ordered in the incorrect size.
SHIPPING
Orders ship after completion unless otherwise stated.
Veloura is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages once marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
